"Art to me is a universal language. There is no alphabet to tell you what to paint, there is no right and wrong, it is up to anyone, it is an expression of feeling. For me, there is always room to grow for improvement.
When I feel troubled or confused in my mind and physically tense, I paint to reach calmness, peace and fullness. When I paint I’m so concentrated that everything is absorbed into the painting, nothing can distract me from it. It is a miracle to me when the painting comes out; accomplishing a painting gives me confidence. It’s a kind of therapy as well as a reward."
