BIOGRAPHY
Jeremy Ramsey was born on 11th August 1932 in England but has lived in Singapore since 1956 and is a Singapore citizen.
As early as when he was only seven or eight years and living in England, he realized that he wanted to be a painter. He had strong family influence as his mother and elder brother are painters and by the time he was 12 or 13, he knew he wanted to become an artist.
He won a Berkshire County Major Scholarship to the University of Reading, Hammersmith School of Arts & Crafts and has attend the Post Experience Programme under Professor Bryan Kneale at the Royal College of Art in London in 1993 and 1994.
