BIOGRAPHY

Chng Seok Tin was born in Singapore on 1946.

Art Education
1971-1972 - Diploma in Western Painting Course, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore.
1975-1976 - Foundation Studies in Arts, St Martin School of Art, London.
1976-1979 - BA (Honors), Hull College of Higher Education, England.

1980-1981 - Atelier 17, Paris, France, Studied Intaglio and Engraving with S.W. Hayter.
